The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Refund requests submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the registered camp are eligible for a refund of paid fees, less the non-refundable deposit and a six percent (6%) processing fee. Refunds are issued by check and mailed to the payment address on file.  Camp payments are non-refundable with less than thirty (30) days’ notice prior to the first day of the registered camp due to high demand and extensive waitlists, as this advance notice is necessary to allow sufficient time to offer vacated spots to waitlisted participants.
